Letra:  fala sobre sermos nós próprios e fazermos o que realmente gostamos.

Video: é uma especie de recapitulação da vida da banda, desde o inicio em que tocava em pequenos bares no Arkansas, até á actualidade. Temos a Amy( que na pratica é quem está na banda desde sempre) a fazer a "corrida" ao longo do tempo. a certo ponto, ela salta uma ponte  e os restantes elementos da banda aparecem atras dela( o cortar com o passado e os novos tempos da banda)e juntos entram no mar( a caminhada para o futuro)

Curiosidades: Foram mesmo fas da banda que aparecem no inicio do video a simbolizar o inicio da banda a tocar em pequenos bares e armazens.

Por acaso esse armazem era em Brooklyn , Nova Iorque, a ciade onde eles passaram a maior parte do tempo nos ultimos anos e onde um dos elementos da banda vive.

Carrie, a irmã da Amy foi quem deu uma ajuda com o conceito do video.

Opinião geral: Sinceramente parece-me interessante a história do video, com a retrospectiva da carreira da banda. Sim a Amy a correr, como se fosse a passagem do tempo, o salto como se fosse as mudanlças que ocorreram ao longo do tempo na banda( que o aparecimento dos actuais elementos da banda denuncia), mas acho que se esta musica era o contar da historia da banda, acho que faltaram referencias( mesmo subtis) aos elementos da banda que ao longo do tempo sairam( alguns dos quais foram importantes na mesma)
