continuo a espera de respostas..... em reçao a proxima semana

 pela parte negativa vai voltar o stress, as dores de cabeça, o "ser" culpado de tudo, o ter de fazer tudo e vamos ver a que nivel estará a ajuda

a unica coisa que tenho de me concentrar é fazer o melhor possivel que o tempo passe mais depressa e pensar que são apenas 2 semanas, 10 dias de tortura, pensar em planos a medio prazo  que pode ser que ajude as coisas a comporem-se
